Terms and Conditions for Domivis luxury clothing rental service

Welcome to House of Domivis, LLC luxury clothing rental service. Before using our service, please carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions. By using our service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

1. Service Description:

House of Domivis, LLC Luxury Clothing Rental Service provides you access to a curated collection of high-end and luxury clothing and accessories for rental. The service includes online browsing, rental selection, delivery, and return of items.

2. Rental Agreement:

2.1. Eligibility: To use our service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

2.2. Rental Period: The rental period begins when the item is shipped and ends when it is received back by House of Domivis, LLC. The standard rental period is 4 days.

2.3. Late Fees: If the rented item is not returned within the standard 4-day rental period, the customer will incur additional charges at the daily rental fee for each day it is not returned for an additional 48 hours after the return date.

2.4. Full Retail Value: If items are not returned within 72 hours after the return date, the customer must pay the remaining balance on the full retail value of the item.

2.5. Renting Process: To rent an item, you must create an account, browse our collection, select the items you wish to rent, and complete the checkout process.

2.6. Rental Fee: You agree to pay the rental fee as indicated at the time of checkout. This fee covers the rental period, including cleaning, and minor repairs if necessary.

2.7. Damage or Loss: You are responsible for any damage to or loss of the rented item while it is in your possession. House of Domivis, LLC reserves the right to charge you the full retail price for damaged or lost items.

3. Shipping and Returns:

3.1. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for delivering and returning the items are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping fee is specified at checkout.

3.2. Return Date: You must return the rented item by the end of the rental period. Late returns may result in additional fees.

3.3. Condition on Return: Items must be returned in the same condition as received. House of Domivis, LLC will inspect items upon return, and additional charges may apply for items damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

4. Cancellation and Refunds:

4.1. Cancellation: You may cancel your rental order before your items are shipped and receive a full refund. After this period, cancellations are subject to fees.

4.2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned item. House of Domivis, LLC reserves the right to withhold any refunds for damaged or lost items.
